It is the intent of this Quote to secure a vendor to furnish and/or deliver ASTM Certified Playground Mulch, Triple Ground Forever Brown Landscape Mulch and Triple Ground Hardwood Mulch, to Parks Maintenance, Trexler Park Dump, Tilghman Street and Springhouse Road, Allentown, PA 18104, if delivery is requested, on an as needed basis If any Vendor contemplating the submission of a quotation on this invitation is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the plans, specification or other document, they should submit a written request for an interpretation thereof to the Purchasing Agent at purchasing.agent@allentownpa.gov not less than five (5) working days prior to quotation due date. The City of Allentown wants to increase the participation of Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women Business Enterprises (WBE) in its purchasing activities.This is not a set aside program. Any questions regarding this Request for Proposal should be posted electronically.Quotes may be emailed to Judy Snyder, Buyer at judy.snyder@allentownpa.gov The Term and Pricing shall be firm beginning March 1, 2022 and ending December 31, 2022 The City reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received.
