The estimate is available through the Electronic Tendering System (SÉAO) approved by the Government of Quebec for the application of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, c. C-65.1 on the site Internet www.seao.ca . The period of validity of the tenders must be at least ninety (90) days from the date of opening of the tenders. The Municipality of the Parish of Saint-Louis-de-Gonzague reserves the privilege of not accepting either the lowest or any of the tenders received and assumes no obligation of any kind whatsoever towards the tenderer (s).
