Reference number : 1510142 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-07-28 Electronic submission accepted: No The Municipality of Lac-Beauport requires submissions for: Repair of the culvert near # 104 chemin du Moulin Purpose of the contract: Improve the flow of water in the area and increase the diameter of the cross culvert under the roadway near # 104 chemin du Moulin. The work consists of doing the excavation, cuttings, backfilling and earthworks; supply and installation of culverts; landscaping and rear repair; repairs resulting from any breakage of existing structures or land damaged or disturbed during the course of the work; paving work; stonework on embankments, ditches and watercourses; all other work requested in the tender documents. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. Tenderers must obtain the tender documents from the website. The fees are set according to the pricing established by the Organization. A tender guarantee of 10% of the price submitted including taxes must accompany the tender. performance and materials is 50 %. award is subject to final approval.
