Object of the contract The Municipality wishes to mandate a company for the collection of residual materials from the residential, institutional and commercial sectors included in the territory of Lac- Beauport as well as for the transport of materials to the disposal sites defined by it according to this quote. The service contract will span 48 months, beginning June 1, 2022 and ending May 31, 2026. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of the council. Guarantees of tenders The tender must be accompanied by tender guarantees representing ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the submitted tender, valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the closing date for tenders.
