Reference number : 1768507 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2023-10-25 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: No The Municipality of Lac-Beauport requires submissions for: Container management for the ecocenter 2024 to 2027: Purpose of the contract: The successful bidder must provide 40-yard rental containers and one (1) 20-yard rental container and ensure the transportation, collection, sorting, disposal and processing of the containers at the ecocenter located on the Chemin de la Traverse de Laval. The successful bidder must ensure the transport of the container dedicated to green waste to the location designated by the Municipality. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest bid, nor any of the bids received, and it declines all liability towards any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the Municipality council, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any other way than by a resolution of its council. The service contract will be spread over 2 years, with 2 optional years, starting on January 1, 2024 and ending on December 31, 2027. A bid guarantee of 10% of the submitted price including taxes must accompany the bid.
