Reference number : 1367897 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2020-05-11 The Municipality of Lac-Beauport requires submissions for: Work consisting of the extension of existing roads and the construction of round trips. Object of the contract: The successful tenderer will have to carry out work consisting of the extension of existing roads and the construction of roundabouts at each end. The works are located on Chemin Neigette, Chemin de la Seigneurie and Chemin de la Rampe. The mandate mainly includes road works as well as a few ad hoc lighting, curbs and drainage works. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid, or any of the bids received, and declines any responsibility with respect to either of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded on the decision of the Council of the Municipality, in its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any other way than by a resolution of its council. A tender guarantee of 10% of the submitted price including taxes must accompany the tender.
