Reference Number : 1474124 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-04-28 The Municipality of Lac-Beauport wishes to receive bids for the construction of a storm sewer to discharge stormwater from Chemin du Tour-du-Lac and the surrounding area into the lake. The work includes, but is not limited to, the excavation of granular materials, the installation of pipes and manholes, the connection of the pipes to the manholes and to the existing pipe, the backfilling of the pipes, shaping, leveling and compaction. granular materials as well as the repair of the rear. These works take place over a length of approximately 50 meters. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security for an amount equivalent to 10% of the total amount (all taxes included) of the bid. The tender guarantee must be in the form of a certified check or a tender bond established in the name of the Municipality of Lac-Beauport or by an irrevocable letter of guarantee. In addition, bids must be accompanied by all documents required by the tender documents. The Municipality of Lac-Beauport does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received. award subject to final approval.
