For questions regarding this project please contact Steve Plaza at 715-839-1872 or email Steve.Plaza@eauclairewi.gov The City of Eau Claire is looking for bids for the following Pre-fabricated units: Bid Item #1 Restroom (1) Single stall self-contained vaulted restroom to include o ADA Accessible o Concrete Walls o Concrete Roof o One urinal o One stool (toilet) o Skylight o One window o ADA Sign marker o Ventilation pipe from the vault o Access hatch to access vault o Steel lockable door to include all the hardware o Decorative exterior similar or complimentary to unit pictured below. Color to be determined by City o To be placed by vendor o City will be responsible for sitework upon receiving specs from vendor Bid Item #2 Storage Units o (2) 10' x 10' Storage units - we are looking for two of these units o Concrete Walls o Concrete Roof o Concrete Floor o Lockable Double Door with all the hardware o Color to be determined by City and match the Restroom o Units to be placed by Vendor o City will be responsible for sitework upon receiving specs from vendor
