The park is heavily wooded, and the awarded contractor may either shuttle materials from the parking lot back to the work site or drive directly to it by checking out a gate key. The trail is greater than 12' wide throughout. Eau Claire County on behalf of the Parks & Forest Department is requesting bids for roofing, concrete, and masonry of 2 timber frame park pavilion shelters to be constructed after the concrete work is completed.
