This project consists of consists of all work and materials necessary for the remodel of the existing Loa Utah Office of the Forest Service and install energy upgrades. This project is located at the Fremont Ranger District Office of the Fishlake National Forest, located in Loa, Utah. It is located at 138 S. Main in the City of Loa, Utah, 84747. A pre-proposal conference for the project has been scheduled for July 26, 2021. Details regarding the pre-proposal conference will be provided in the solicitation document. This requirement is being solicited as a Firm-Fixed Price Request for Proposals. The solicitation will be available on approximately July 15, 2021 and may be downloaded from this site at that time. Proposals are due at 1:00 p.m. MS, August 10, 2021.The approximate start work date will be August 20, 2021. The estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All future information about this acquisition, including amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This project consists of all work and materials necessary for the remodel of the existing Loa Utah Office of the Forest Service and install energy upgrades. BASE BID ITEM: Work is described in the following specifications and drawings and includes but is not limited to: Demolition of concrete, framing, cabinets, ceiling tile, carpeting, vinyl flooring, paneling, windows, blinds, gypsum board, doors,hardware, lighting, wiring, outlets, and telecom. Base bid work includes concrete patching, wood framing, interior beams and columns, finish carpentry, connectors,cabinetry/ casework, gypsum board, doors, hardware, FRP wallcovering, carpeting,luxury vinyl tile, ceiling tile, resilient base and accessories, thermal and sound insulation, fiberglass windows and trim, accordion doors, personnel doors and hardware, painting, staining, fire extinguishers/ cabinets, roller shades, projection screens, signs, pressure water coolers, lighting, power, wiring, telecom.
