Services to include but not limited to Lockenvar Hydronic heaters and Noritz Instantaneous water heaters. Contractor must meet the following requirements: 1. Factory authorized Carrier HVAC dealer (DX & Chiller) 2. Factory trained Lockenvar Hydronic heater dealer/repair site 3. Factory Authorized Noritz Instantaneous water heater dealer/repair site 4. Ability to obtain factory certified parts for ALL items (1 thru 3) 5. Ability to respond to emergency HVAC repair calls within 1 hour-To North Texas State Hospital-Wichita Falls Campus Questions or Clarifications Submission Deadline 7/19/21 Responses to Questions or Clarifications - Addendum posted on the ESBD 7/22/21
