Awarded Contractor shall perform generator maintenance, inspections, testing and repairs, for twenty-four (24) generators located at the North Texas State Hospital, Wichita Falls Campus, 6515 Kemp Blvd., Wichita Falls, Texas 76308. Services shall include, but not be limited to the following: i. Annual maintenance and inspections; ii. Annual load test and inspections; iii. Semi-annual maintenance and inspections; iv.
