Electrical Services at the North Texas State Hospital - Wichita Falls Campus. Relocating the main electrical service laundry switchboard. Questions or Clarifications Submission Deadline January 8, 2024 Responses to Questions or Clarifications - Addendum January 10, 2024 Anticipated Contract Start Date January 15, 2024 By submitting a Response to this Solicitation, Bidder agrees that its Response will remain a firm and binding offer for at least the period of time, 240 days, as stated in the HHS Solicitation Scope of Work – The description of requirements, services, specifications for goods which may be required, and deliverables as provided in this Solicitation and any resulting Contract which the Contractor is required to provide. The Contractor will relocate the main electrical service laundry switchboard 10’ west of its current location so that clearance to the front of this switchboard will be in compliance with the NFPA-70 National Electrical Code. The primary service entrance conduits to the relocated switchboard must be rigid piping conduit. A new concrete housekeeping pad will be required in this location. All electrical services provided by this switchboard are required to be re-routed to this new location and re-connected. At the completion of work, all electrical motors associated with this switchboard must be checked for proper rotation to ensure proper re-connection.
