Demolition, Clearing & Cleaning Of 13 Properties- It is the intent of the City of Wichita Falls to award a contract for the demolition, clearing and cleaning for thirteen (13) properties located at various locations in Wichita Falls. Locations- 1501 N 9TH ST, 2004 10TH ST 2311 10 TH ST. 1707 BACON ST. 1905 BURROUGHS ST. 4506 CONCORD RD. 1802 HUFF AVE. 3116 1/2 JACQUELINE RD 1601 MCGREGOR AVE. 1418 MITCHELL ST. 2007 POLK ST. 1446 TROUT ST. 1304 TULIP ST. Remove all non-public sidewalks/walkways. Remove all dead trees. Remove all non-shared fences. Remove all rubbish trash and debris. Lot shall be level to grade. Contractor should review site prior to bidding
