Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Wichita Falls, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 119,005-square-foot theater / auditorium.
As of July 8, 2024, construction is underway. The City of Wichita Falls and Anthony Inman Construction, Inc., Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR), invite bids from all interested Contractors for the Bid Package No. 2- Renovation of City Hall for the Memorial Auditorium Building Renovations, Wichita Falls, Texas. BONDS: Refer to Bid Packages for Performance and Payment Bonds requirements. The City of Wichita Falls reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or any part thereof, and to accept offers considered most advantageous to the City of Wichita Falls. Document notes : Printed copies are available through most reprographic firms and/or plan rooms. All plan holders are responsible for their own reproduction costs. The Architect and Owner are not responsible for communication of Addendum or other related project information for persons and/or businesses who have not registered with the Architect.
