Renovation of a water / sewer project in Anahuac, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision to construct Lift Station No. 1 including but not limited to, mobilization, bonds and insurance; construction of a ten-foot (10') diameter cast-in-place concrete wet well including 100% solids epoxy coating, well point system and dewatering as necessary; two (2) submersible pumps with accessories, piping, valves, fittings, and supports; protective coatings; one (1) 150 kW diesel generator; generator concrete pad; automatic transfer switch, motor control panel, electrical service disconnect switches, conduit, wire and associated piping; site work; and all else shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station.
