Replacement of exterior windows at Waubonsee Community College- Aurora Fox Valley 2060 W. Ogden Ave. Aurora (Kane County), Illinois COST RANGE: under $2,500,000.00 SCOPE: Removing and replacing curtain wall and storefront windows systems, selectively removing, and replacing E.I.F.S. around windows. Replace parapet walls at the East and West stair towers, including partial roof materials.  Alternate G-1 - Add metal coping at exterior pilasters,                                                                                                   Alternate G-2 - Recoat entire exterior E.F.I.S. System,                                                                                                      Alternate G-3 - Replace front entrance, and                                                                                                                                Alternate G-4 - Replace interior window shades. From earlier solicitation: The Waubonsee Community College - Aurora Fox Valley, is a one-building facility established in 1997. The Aurora Fox Valley Campus Building (WCC099-0001) is a 31,825 square foot, one-story building established in 1997. The scope of work provides for replacement of all exterior window systems, as well as, exterior painting as necessary. Work needs to be done during summer months.
