Site work for a civil project in Kingsland, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of November 11, 2021, the project has not been awarded. The anticipated award date is on November 22nd City Council.** This survey will be used so the City can install new water and sewer infrastructure to support development along Camden Woods Parkway. The survey area encompasses a route that includes the following roads Centerfield Boulevard, Keith Dixon Way, Al Gay Drive, South 50th Avenue, Camden Woods Parkway, Laurel Island Parkway and Marsh Harbour Parkway. Survey will also include intersections with Greentree Road, Haddock Road, Highway 40, and Gross Road. Four (4) City-owned Lift Stations will be surveyed along with a 20-acre property adjacent to Camden Woods Parkway. The total linear survey path is approximately 31,000 feet at various widths. Utility locates shall be called in by the Surveyor prior to beginning survey work, and survey shall be tied to state plane coordinates. City of Kingsland reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to accept the proposal that is in the best interest of the City.
