As of July 2023 construction has commenced. Conversion of an existing street into a four-block pedestrian walk way. Proposals will be received on all portions of the work shown below and as defined in Section 001110 of the Project Specification: 6A General Construction 22A Mechanical 26A Electrical 31A Earthwork Utility & Site Pavement 32A Hardscapes 32B Landscaping All Contractors are required to complete all work in accordance with the Schedule issued as a part of these Contract Documents. Bidders shall include in their price all overtime, material/equipment fabrication or procurement time, worker delays, on-site coordination, interfacing with other Contractors and all other factors necessary to adhere to this schedule. b. The substantial completion date for this project is August 15, 2023 A.
