Renovation of a transportation facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Instrumentation, Electrical and Controls, Electrical 2023 MAC Automation Infrastructure Program: Replacing existing controllers with new IP controllers, update backgrounds in IMACS for all Trades groups, create gas meters dashboard in IMACS, provide adjustable setpoints in IMACS for existing hot water mixing stations, and create linked dashboard of post fire smoke exhaust map in IMACS. Also add door monitoring at automatic vestibule doors and overhead doors in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Replace radio telemetry units at Terminal 1. Replace controls and control panels. 2023 Indoor Air Quality Monitoring System: New gas detection sensors in MAC General Offices, Terminal 2, North & South Field Maintenance, Fire Station No. 1, Material Storage, Air Freight, Glycol, Trades, T1 & T2 Parking Management Building, and Loading Dock buildings. Replacing existing controllers with new IP controllers. Renumber exhaust fans throughout Terminal 1. The goal of the MAC for the utilization of Targeted Group Businesses on this project is 7%.
