This project will be constructed on the existing site of the Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired located at 7725 N. College Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana. Construction budget: For the purposes for this RFP and subsequent submissions, assumes a technology construction budget of thirty million dollars ($30,000,000). Construction schedule: Final construction schedule to be determined once contracts with designer and CMc have been finalized. Construction would begin as soon as possible where a phased approach could be anticipated but will be determined with the successful of award to CMc. Separate fee for Preconstruction phase services to be a fixed price now. Fee for Construction Phase Services to be submitted as a fixed amount once the budget is confirmed.
