**As of September 29, 2021, project was awarded to Lonnie Lischka Co for $6,556,894.11. Scope of Project: Site Preparation, Detention Pond/Channel Excavation, on-site spoil disposal, drainage swales, (5) junction boxes, (5) headwall with flared wings, box culverts, and outfall 571,898 CY of Detention Basin/Channel Excavation, and Spoil Disposal 20,421 LF of Backslope Interceptor Swale, and 62 Backslope Interceptor Structures 4,600 LF of Concrete Pilot Channel. 1,180 SY Concrete Slope Paving and 427 SY Concrete Rip-Rap 5,052 LF of 18-inch through 60-inch RCP trenchless/open cut construction and all appurtenances 1,250 LF of 6x4 and 10x4 RCB and all appurtenances Stormwater Pollution Control A cashier check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractor further agrees that Owner may make such changes and alterations as Owner may see fit in the line, grade, form, dimensions, Plans, Technical Specifications, or materials for or scope of the Work herein contemplated, or any part thereof, either before or after the beginning of the construction, without affecting the validity of this Contract and the accompanying Bonds.
