Work of this Contract comprises general construction of: Architecture o Re-Roofing - Buildings No. 1, 2, 5 & 75 o Media Center Renovation o Window Replacement o Restroom Renovation (Deleted from Scope of Work As Per School Directive) Mechanical o HVAC Unit Replacement - Building 5 o Test & Balance - Buildings 1 & 75 Fire Alarm/ Fire Protection o Entire fire alarm system needs to be replaced - typical at all buildings, patch, repair, paint walls and ceilings as required to match existing at areas affected by the installation of new system and/or the demolition and removal of existing system. Refer to electrical dwg's for additional info. o All new ceiling mounted fire alarm equipment to be flush with ceiling & all piping and wiring to be concealed. typical at all buildings, patch, repair, and paint to match existing as required. Refer to general ceiling notes items d & e on this sheet and electrical drawings for additional information. refer to electrical drawings for locations, quantities & additional info. The RFI due date is August 9, 2021 and no additional RFIs will be accepted after this date.
