The scope of work includes abandoning an existing 6" water main and transferring services to an existing 12" water main, installation of approximately 187 feet of 6", 93 feet of 8", and 475 feet of 12" water main, lining of approximately 1,800 feet of 6" water main, a total of 1,237 feet of 8" sanitary sewer removal, and 1,237 feet of 10" replacement, 1,277 feet of 8" sanitary sewer lining, and replacement of sanitary service lines. Other work includes the removal and replacement of curb and gutter (593 feet), sidewalks (10,475 square feet), driveways (954 sq yd), tree removal, and parkway restoration associated with the utility work. An alternative bid item for the rehabilitation of the sanitary manholes using either an epoxy or a geopolymer is also included. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
