The proposed improvement is located along St Charles Road between Elizabeth Street and Craig Place in the Village of Lombard, DuPage County, Illinois Section , Township 39N, Range 11E. The center of the project is at 41d53m14.23s North and 88d01m05.88s West . The project consists of replaceing existing brick paver sidewalks with portland cement concrete sidewalk with a decorative edge. The work also includes storm sewers, ADA improvements, pavement markings, and pedestrian improvements.
