The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation required to provide LOCALIZED ASPHALT POTHOLE REPAIRS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS CITYWIDE to the City
of Chino. The work shall include, but not limited to the following requirements: Localized asphalt patch and pothole repairs at various locations Citywide. Locations will be determined on the field by the City inspector. Potholes vary in size, and located at various locations Citywide. Minimum pothole width is assumed to be 4 feet wide The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any irregularity, and award contracts in the best interest of the City. More than one bid from an individual, firm partnership, corporation, or association under the same or different names will not be considered. Reasonable grounds for believing that any bidder is interested in more than one bid for the work contemplated will cause the rejection of all bids in which such bidder is interested. If there is reason for believing that collusion exists among the bidders, all bids will be rejected and none of the participants in such collusion will be considered in future bids. Any plan or method suggested to the Contractor by the City Engineer or inspector but not specified or required, if adopted or followed in whole or in part, shall be used at the risk and responsibility of the Contractor; and the City and the City Engineer will assume no responsibility therefore.
