Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Josephine, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Project scope shall include the Paving Improvements, approximately 51,636 SY of 6" - 3600 psi concrete pavement on approximately 54,330 SY of 7" lime stabilized subgrade, and all related miscellaneous items and appurtenances as per NCTCOG, Construction Plans, and City of Josephine specifications, to serve 273 lots on approximately 137 acres. The project is located East and North of the intersection of F.M. 6 & C.R. 2606 in City of Josephine ETJ, Hunt County, Texas. Pursuant to the foregoing "Notice to Bidders", the undersigned bidder, having thoroughly examined the Contract Documents, including plans, specifications, and the site of the project, and understanding the amount of work to be done and the prevailing conditions, hereby proposes to do all of the work, furnish all labor, equipment, and material, except as specified to be furnished by the Owner, which is necessary to fully complete the project and subject to the inspection and approval of the District, and binds himself upon acceptance of this Proposal to execute a contract and furnish bonds as may be required by the Contract Documents for the performing and completing of said work
