Site work for a water / sewer project in Josephine, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project scope shall include the Utility Improvements, approximately 9,873 LF of 8" of water, 9,039 LF of 8" sanitary sewer, and 6,343 LF of 7' x 3' RCB through 18" RCP storm sewer, all per NCTCOG, Construction Plans, and City of Josephine specifications, to serve 194 lots on approximately 45 acres. The project is located East and North of the intersection of F.M. 6& C.R. 2606 in City of Josephine ETJ, Collin & Hunt Counties, Texas. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashiers Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Make the Cashiers Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding.
