Site work for a municipal facility in Josephine, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Project scope shall include the Earthwork Improvements, approximately 41,230 CY of unclassified excavation and over-excavation and moisture conditioning of 188 pads, per NCTCOG and Owners Geotechnical Engineers specifications to serve 188 lots on approximately 60 acres. The project is located East and North of the intersection of F.M. 1777 & F.M. 679 in City of Josephine, Collin County, Texas. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Make the Cashier Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the above-designated closing time will be returned unopened. Special Note: The Geotechnical Report for this project is pending. Therefore for bidding purposes we are including the Alpha Testing, Inc. Report No.G181894-f for Magnolia, Phase 3. The awarded Bidder will be furnished the pending Geotechnical Report for Magnolia, Phase 4, prior to execution of contract. If the Geotechnical Report for Phase 4 is available prior to bid opening date, all registered bidders will be given access to the Phase 4 report.
