Site work for a water / sewer project in Josephine, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project scope shall include the Utility Improvements, approximately 12,200 LF of 12" and 8" water, 14,997 LF of 21" to 8" sanitary sewer gravity pipe and 4,096 LF of 6" force main pipe, and 7,382 LF of 9' x 4' RCB through 18" RCP storm sewer, all as per NCTCOG, Construction Plans and Double R Municipal Utility District No.1 of Hunt County specifications to serve 207 lots on approximately 72 acres. The project is located East and North of the intersection of F.M. 1777 & F.M. 679 in City of Josephine, Collin County, Texas Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Make the Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the above-designated closing time will be returned unopened.
