Heber City is accepting proposals from CM/GC firms for construction management and general contracting of the Central Heber City Water/Sewer Replacement Program - Phase 1 project. . The project consists of the replacement of specific water and sewer improvements within the Central Heber City area and the installation of pressurized irrigation in the same area. Most of the work will be completed on the east side of Main Street with just a small portion to be completed on the west side of Main Street Please submit questions for discussion at the pre-RFP meeting to Derek Anderson at danderson@sunrise-eng.com by Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at 12:00 PM, MST. All questions after the Pre-Proposal Meeting shall be submitted through the Utah Public Procurement (U3P) Website (purchasing.utah.gov). Under no circumstances shall the CM/GC contact the City, or Engineer pertaining to this project after the PreProposal meeting other than through U3P Heber City will not be liable for any costs that proposers may incur in the preparation or presentation of this proposal. The City reserves the right to cancel or modify this solicitation at any time it deems necessary, in its sole discretion that such measures are in the City's best interest. All provisions of the agreement must be in compliance with established State and Local laws and ordinances of the State of Utah and its political subdivisions.
