Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Heber City, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Job No. 2913-004-21 This project includes construction at both Ross Creek Day Use Area and Rock Cliff Campground. Ross Creek Day Use Area includes a new entry station, new beach area, beach pavilions and other day use pavilions and tables. Rock Cliff includes a new campground with 17 new van camping sites, 25 new RV camp sites and improvements to 9 existing tent pad sites. Two new ranger residences will be constructed along with two new restrooms, a maintenance shed, a laundry facility, and renovations of two existing restrooms and an existing pavilion. DFCM is entering into a Multi-Step Bidding Process for Construction Services. A short-listing of Contractors will be based on the evaluation of proposals submitted and the selection criteria outlined in the solicitation documents contained herein. Short-listed Contractors will be invited to submit bids on the project. The only Contractors allowed to bid on this project will be Contractors short-listed by the selection committee. All Contractors responding to this procurement must comply with and require all of their Subcontractors to comply with the license laws as required by the State of Utah. The Multi-Step Bidding Process Request for Proposals documents will be available on the DFCM website will provide the requirements and due dates and times of all proposals and bids, in addition to dates, times and locations of important events and meetings.
