This project consists of supplying and installing access doors in the wall to access the pipe chases on the following floors of the low rise: 3rd Floor Center Chase, 3rd Floor Elevator Bank, 4th Floor Elevator Bank, 5th Floor Center Chase and 5th Floor East End. The door locks shall match existing and be on a master key for all access doors. Consultant shall review and assess the existing floor open grating within the pipe chases and replace/repair as required. Once the work has been completed, the consultant shall review the condition of the fixed ladders as the implementation of the access doors will provide access to the pipe chases. Consultant to provide costing and recommendations to meet the latest standards and ensure they are in proper working order. TIMELINE: Request for proposal from consulting services has closed. Results will not be released. Coverage has been discontinued at this time.
