Delivery Point: Ontario Facilities in the National Capital Region Purchase Type: Duration: 3 years Option: 2 X 1 Year Optional Terms BGIS invites qualified parties to submit proposals for the provision of Diesel Generator Maintenance relating to certain federal buildings, facilities, and properties in Ontario within the National Capital Region (NCR). The intent with which, to award Services on the basis of sites grouped on an FMZ Portfolio basis. Required Documents in the Rated Requirements of your Technical Proposal: 1. Proof of Security, as per Appendix 4 2. Completed Rated Requirements, as per Appendix 6 3. Completed and signed Form of Proposal, as per Appendix 9 5. For Respondents bidding on RCMP sites, completed RCMP Cleared Table, as per Appendix 11 6. Completed Government of Canada COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement, as per Appendix 15 A Completed Pricing Matrix, as per the Instructions to Respondents in Appendix 7, will be the only pricing mattrix accepted for this tender. Appendix 8 On Demand Pricing is for additional services that are required on an 'as and when required' basis.
