Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Kitchener, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,160-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work includes: - Construction of a new 200 sq.m. block wall building (the Operations Building), including full site preparation, supply and installation of the structure, servicing and furniture as shown in the Drawings and Specifications - Construction of additional outdoor recreational site amenities, including full site preparation, supply and installation of granular, pavement, servicing, structures and furniture as shown in the Drawings and Specifications. The amenities include pedestrian pavement, paved lit hard courts (tennis, basketball and pickleball), and landscape treatments. The term of the contract is to be upon award with the following completion dates specified: All site works must be substantially complete by June 1, 2022.
