This project will replace an existing sewer main on Covena Ave between Yosemite Blvd and Miller Ave as well as two manholes on Sutter Ave at Nian Way. The entire deposit is refundable if plans and specifications are returned in good condition within fifteen calendar days after Council action. Email all questions to 2018-2019_Sewer_Replacement_Bid_Questions@docs.e-builder.net by 4:00 p.m., no later than 7 business days prior to the bid opening No pre-bid meeting will be held for this project. The Payment of Prevailing Wages is Required on this Project. REPLACEMENT / RENOVATION OF EXISTING 8" SEWER MAIN AND MANHOLES ON COVENA AVE, AS WELL AS REPLACEMENT OF TWO EXISTING MANHOLES AT THE INTERSECTION OF SUTTER AVE AND NIAN WAY. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as shown in the Contract Documents. All incidental work not shown in the Contract Documents which is necessary to complete the work necessary to provide the system described, or shown, shall be furnished and installed as part of this contract at no additional cost to the City.
