The Authority has established a 13.93% DBE contract specific goal for this project. A Bid Guarantee of 10% percent is required for bid submittal. Bidders (Prime or Subcontractor) must possess a valid Class "C22" Asbestos Abatement Contractor's License with (ASB) Asbestos Certification and at the time of contract award. All listed Subcontractors must also possess a valid California Contractor's License for the type of work to be performed at the time of contract award.
