Site work for a mixed-use development in Collingwood, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Town of Collingwood ("the Town") to prospective bidders to submit non-binding quotations for the provision of Supply and Install of Perimeter Fencing and Bottom Beam Gate, as further described in the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The Town proposes to engage the services of an experienced General Contractor to supply and install 700 metres of OPSD 972.130,OPSD 972.101 6 ft high chain link fencing c/w barbed wire and a 26 foot wide bottom beam automatic gate, c/w controller, in pavement vehicle detection loops, control unit, and gate access reader. The work is to include all associated footings, and electrical/communication conduit at the Collingwood Public Works and PRC facilities. Additionally, there will be 145m of OPSD 972.130/OPSD 972.01 6ft high chain link fence installed at the Stewart Road water operations facility. Award subject to final approval.
