The Town of Bluff City, Tennessee seeks separate sealed bids from Contractors or Individuals qualified, licensed and bonded in the State of Tennessee to replace Sanitary Sewer Manhole (MH2D216) complete and in-place. Questions regarding the Project Documents should be directed to David P. Wilson, P.E. at dpwilson@matternandcraig.com. The Contract Document(s) contain all Instructions to Bidders and the General Information and/or requirements related to the Project. All Bids must be accompanied by surety as further described in the Contract Document(s), and the successful Bidder will comply with all other measures noted therein.
