Renovation of a parking garage in Utica, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
As of 09/15/2021 This project has not been awarded. Replacement of Existing Exterior Masonry Walls, Wall Panels and Interior Partition Walls and Related Work Sealed bids shall be accompanied by a five percent (5%) bid security in the form described in the Instruction to Bidders, and shall include all the required bid forms, affidavits and statements. No contractor will discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, religion, sex, or national origin. The City of Utica has established goals for employment of City residents and minorities for this project. The goal for employment of City residents is 60% of the total work force used in the completion of this project and the minority goal is 10%. The City has also established a goal for MBE participation by contractors in all contracts which exceed $10,000.00. The BOARD OF CONTRACT AND SUPPLY reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities in the bid.
