A Performance Bond and Payment Bond will be required and for an amount not less than 100% of bid price Any inquiries regarding details on specifications must be directed in writing to Oneida County Department of Public Works, Deputy Commissioner of Engineering, 5999 Judd Road, Oriskany, NY 13424. The owner also reserves the right to waive any irregularity and reject any or all bids received
