The Municipal Housing Authority of the City of Utica, New York ((hereinafter, "UMHA") - People First, d/b/a - invites proposals from licensed and experienced architects and architectural firms to provide architectural services for the redevelopment of its public housing developments and/or construction of new housing units. The successful Respondent should have extensive experience working with housing authorities and government entities on affordable housing development, LIHTC, RAD, HUD public housing units, and/or mixed finance developments.
