ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING BY: 12:00 NOON, JULY 25, 2023 Telephone No.: (315) 956-6950 Fax No.: (315) 790-5434 PLEASE EMAIL TO: kschrantz@ocgov.net Project Estimate: $400-450K The selected Contractor shall submit a construction schedule and Schedule of Values, to be agreed to and approved by the Owner. Substantial Completion date for this Work is October 31, 2024 (including all restoration and plantings). Final Completion date shall be November 30, 2024, and shall include submission of approvable record drawings and all required project closeout documents. Repair and stabilization of exposed sanitary sewers and manholes either crossing or immediately adjacent to Sauquoit Creek. Work is at various locations in the Town of Whitestown, Town of New Hartford, Village of NY Mills, and City of Utica. Work will occur at the following locations with associated general descriptions: a. Oneida Street (New Hartford) adjacent to Salvatore's Bakery stabilization of existing sewer crossing of Sauquoit Creek. b. Victoria Drive (New Hartford/Utica) - Stabilization of existing sewer crossing of Sauquoit Creek. c. New Hartford Street Manholes (New Hartford/New York Mills) modification of two existing manholes to d. include the addition of concrete manhole barrel sections and new top slab with frames/covers. Limited bank stabilization. e. Mud Creek/Symeon's (Whitestown) Stabilization of existing sewer crossing at the confluence of Sauquoit and Mud Creeks. Limited bank stabilization. f. Pietryka Park (New York Mills) Repairs to existing manhole. Limited stabilization of existing sewer crossing at Sauquoit Creek. g. Plantings and restoration. h. Maintenance and protection of traffic. i. Erosion and sediment control. j. Compliance with all regulatory and agency permits
