The County Commissioners of Kent County, MD are requesting proposals from qualified bidders for the installation of approximately 219 l.f. of stone revetment placed directly channel ward of an existing timber bulkhead at Cliffs City Public landing, near Chestertown, MD 21620. Stone shall be placed on filter cloth. Filter cloth shall be placed starting at the top of the existing bulkhead and extend down the face of the bulkhead, then continue channel ward beyond the toe of the placed stone. Filter cloth shall have a minimum grab tensile strength of 200 lbs.
