Renovation of a water / sewer project in Plymouth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following: A. Abrasive blast existing coatings on existing filter cell walls and leave filter walls uncoated to reduce long term maintenance. B. Topcoat over existing coatings on walls and ceilings. C. Abrasive blast existing coatings on existing ventilation air ducts in filter cells and leave ducts uncoated to reduce long term maintenance. D. Abrasive blast and recoat existing carbon steel surfaces on filter center column distributor boxes and filter piping with two-part epoxy coatings. E. Abrasive blast existing coatings on most all existing process piping throughout the plant and repaint with two-part epoxy coatings. F. Provide surface preparation of all existing floor coatings throughout the plant and install a new epoxy flooring system. G. Brush-off blast and coat existing process piping, valves, fittings, and pipe supports throughout plant. H. Insulate raw water piping in hallway. The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Plymouth shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. The work shall not begin before October 4, 2021. The Work will be substantially completed on or before February 28, 2022 All Work will be completed on or before March 25, 2022
