The Virginia Department of Transportation, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is soliciting bids from qualified firms to furnish and deliver Precast Concrete Pipe for the Bristol District Bridge Division per the specifications contained herein. Service Area: Cities: Bristol and Norton. Counties: Bland, Buchanan, Dickenson, Grayson, Lee, Russell, Scott, Smyth, Tazewell, Washington, Wise, and Wythe. Any questions regarding this Quick Quote shall be addressed to Shelby Thornton, shelby.thornton@vdot.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. The Contractor shall furnish and deliver one (1) precast concrete unit to be under these specifications: Shall be a triple line of 72" diameter concrete pipe x 56' length each for a total of 168' Capacity: HL-93 loading with 0'to 2' fill Joint Treatment: Mastic (rolls) Precast structure shall contain the following: 72" Dia. precast concrete pipe culvert sections with lift holes and plugs Shall meet VDOT Precast Concrete Products QC & QA program Invoices shall include the purchase order number, itemized quantities, unit price, and extended costs based on the contract pricing schedule.
