Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Bristol, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
The Project Includes the Following Work: Base Bid Includes the Installation of a New Packaged Pump Station (Domestic Pumps Only), Approximately 100 Linear Feet (Lf) of 6-inch Water Line, Three (3) Gate Valves, One (1) Flow Meter, Existing Pump Station Demolition and Removal, Paving, and Associated Components and Appurtenances. Additive Alternate a Consists of the Installation of a High Service Pump, Three (3) Fire Hydrants, and Associated Components and Appurtenances. Additive Alternate B Consists of the Installation of a Generator Anchored With a Concrete Pad and Associated Appurtenances. Deductive Alternate Consists of the Installation of a Packaged Pump Station With Fiberglass Enclosure, Graded Gravel Compacted Pad, Concrete Pad, Fencing and Gate, and Associated Components and Appurtenances (Replacing Item 1 in the Base Bid). Bids Will Be Received for a Single Prime Contract for Each Individual Contract. Bids Shall Be on a Lump Sum and Unit Price Basis. Question Deadline 09/11/2025 at 12:00 PM ET All questions and/or request for information shall be made in writing and submitted to Matthew Lane, P.E. at mlane@thelanegroupinc.com no later than 7 business days prior to bid submittal date.
