It is the intent of the City to procure the services of a minimum of three (3) Professional Engineering firms to provide services for Utility Projects with construction costs under $4 million dollars and planning and study related activities under five hundred thousand dollars unless amended by Florida Statute. These projects are adopted in the Utility Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), Utility Master Plan and/or any other utility related projects and any subsequent amendments. Continuing Contracts will be issued for projects with construction costs that are less than $4 million dollars, and will be used for the Citys State and Federal projects when permitted. The term of the contract will be for five (5) years. The City reserves the right to issue other solicitations regardless of this contract. The City of Port St. Lucie reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any and all informalities or irregularities, to negotiate with any qualified Proposers, and to accept or reject all or any part of any proposal as it may deem to be in the best interest of the citizens of the City.
