Design roadway improvements for County Line Road to include continuous center median, bike lanes in both directions, curb and gutter on both the east and west sides of County Line Road, a detached sidewalk along the east and west sides of County Line Road, and landscaping between the curb and sidewalk. Typical street section shall be similar to proposed improvements to County Line Road north of Telleen Avenue. Design will also include an underpass from the west side of County Line Road to an existing trail to the Erie Community Park. It is anticipated that the underpass design will require relocation of utilities on both the east and west sides of County Line Road.
