Civil Engineering for Design, Bid and Construction Support for Road Construction Improvements: The addition of dedicated left-turn lanes to the north bound and south bound approaches on 111th; and removal of median to eliminate negative offset for left turns Signal Improvements: Relocation of one signal pole, and resulting underground infrastructure. Adjusting signal equipment on NB and SB approaches to accommodate new alignment. Design shall incorporate future concept as much as feasible. The future Conceptual Design with Ultimate Cross-Sections is illustrated on Attachment VII.
